Macaroni-Dried Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    2 c. macaroni, uncooked
    4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1/2 lb. (two 4 oz. pkg. each) dried beef, cut in small pieces
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (preshredded 8 oz. or 1 c.)
    1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    May let stand at least 8 hours. Freeze or bake right away.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 uncovered. Very easy to halve.
    Serves 8.
