Pork Roast Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 boneless pork loin roast (about 4 lb.)
    potatoes as desired
    winter squash as desired
    turnips as desired
    parsnips as desired
    carrots as desired
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and mash to paste.
    Rub roast with herb garlic paste.
    Roast, uncovered, basting 2 or 3 times with pan juices, for 1 1/4 hours, adding vegetables as desired.
    Or wrap in heavy foil and cook on grill.
