Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes or yams, cooked
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
2 to 4 Tbsp. milk or cream
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine potatoes, sugar, butter and milk or cream and mix until well combined and fluffy.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients with potato mixture and gently knead or stir until a soft dough forms.
(Add extra cream if necessary.)
Pat or roll the dough to a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 inch.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until done.
