Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    other spices (if desirable)
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and peppers.
    Mix soups, sauce, spices, celery and milk in with beef and vegetables.
    Layer in casserole (rectangular) dish:
    tortillas, mix, cheese and repeat.
    Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
