Baked Cod Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 lb. cod fillets
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine pepper, lemon juice and onion powder in blender.
    Run at medium speed for 2 minutes or until pureed.
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce over fish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 2.
