Basil Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on the bias
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
Preparation
    In medium skillet, melt butter; add carrots.
    Sprinkle with salt and basil.
    Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes, just until carrots are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
