Boneless Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 oz. hickory flavored liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bottle hickory barbecue sauce (to be used later)
Preparation
    Place brisket in foil.
    Put everything, except barbecue sauce, on meat.
    Wrap tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Uncover and drain.
    Pour barbecue sauce over brisket, cover and cook 1 hour longer.
