Marni'S Barbecued Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 whole chickens, washed and skinned
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Mix marinade ingredients well in a bowl or blender.
Marinate chickens for 8 to 24 hours.
Cover chickens thoroughly.
Barbecue over medium-hot grill until done.
