Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflowerets, thawed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. English peas
    2 pimentos, coarsely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
    Add cauliflowerets.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add peas.
    Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pimentos, salt and pepper. Yields 8 servings.
