Barbecue Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. packed ground chuck
    2 slices bread and 3 crackers, crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer. Using an ice cream scoop, place meat balls onto a broiling pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown. Transfer meat balls to a glass casserole dish.
