Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. trimmed sirloin, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    beef broth, mushroom juice plus water to make 2 c.
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 pkg. medium wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown sirloin quickly in butter.
    Push meat to side.
    Add onions and mushrooms; cook until tender, but not brown.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add broth and heat just to boiling.
    Blend sour cream and flour well.
    Stir into meat mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    (Sauce will be thin.)
    Add curry powder; stir well.
    Cook noodles (8 ounce package) as directed; drain. Pour mixture over noodles and serve.
