Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    9 medium potatoes
    8 medium onions
    7 celery stalks
    1/3 of a small head of cabbage
    1 large can of tomatoes
    2-3 lbs. of blade roast
Preparation
    Grind very fine, preferably in a old fashion hand grinder all of the above vegetables, and add meat and simmer for at least 5-6 hours, the longer you simmer the better the finished product. Grinding the vegetables blends the different flavors into a soup that is fit for a king.
    A very old family recipe.
