Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sage sausage
    10 oz. evaporated milk
    8 oz. canned mushrooms
    4 large beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 bay leaves, crushed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    2 ready-made pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 raw pie crusts.
    Bake on center rack at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
    Can also be frozen. Thaw before baking.
