Onion Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can no salt mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (14 oz.) can beef broth, chilled and defatted
    1 c. converted long grain rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a medium nonstick pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. A super easy \"put everything in a pan and cook\" recipe.
    Yields 4 servings. Has 225 calories, 1 g fat.
