Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Escort crackers
1 stick oleo
4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small bag egg noodles
Preparation

Crumble half the box of crackers.
Pour 1/2 stick melted oleo over crackers.
Make a crust in casserole dish.
Cook noodles in chicken broth and drain.
Mix chicken, noodles, soups and sour cream.
Put in casserole dish over crackers.
Crumble other half box of crackers on top and slice 1/2 stick oleo on top.
Bake slowly until crackers are brown.
