Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. milk
1 c. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 jalapeno pepper
Preparation

Melt oleo in double boiler.
Combine dry ingredients and add to oleo.
Slowly add milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add cheese, cut in pieces and chopped pepper.
Pour into serving dishes and serve warm with chips.
