Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pastry pie shell
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake pie shell 7 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
    Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade.
    Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco.
    Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture.
    Pour into the partially baked pie shell and bake 45 minutes.
    Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6 to 8.
