Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks and mix well. Put in greased 1-quart casserole. Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
