Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
10 tsp. Yuban instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 fifth vodka
1 qt. water

Preparation

Boil water, add sugar and let simmer.
Add instant coffee. Simmer for one hour.
Cool to room temperature.
Add vodka and vanilla.
Makes 1 quart and 1 fifth.
