Nanny'S Old-Time Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
dash of nutmeg
1 c. sugar (more is like a real sweet pie)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Have butter soft.
Add sugar and cream well.
Add flour and eggs and beat well.
Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
