Shrimp Snack Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted Pillsbury's Best enriched flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooked shrimp, finely chopped
Preparation

Sift together flour and salt.
Melt shortening in boiling water.
Add dry ingredients, all at once, to boiling liquid, stirring constantly.
Cook until mixture leaves sides of pan in smooth compact ball.
Remove from heat; cool about 1 minute. Blend in eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition until mixture is smooth again.
Add shrimp.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
