Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

11 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cake flour
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla and almond extract.
Beat until foamy, then add small amounts of 3/4 cup sugar, beating after each addition.
Continue to beat until holds peaks.
