Pere Ripiene(Pears Stuffed With Gorgonzola Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small firm ripe pears
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 oz. imported Gorgonzola cheese (approximately 1/2 c.), room temperature
    2 Tbsp. soft unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. crushed walnuts or pecans (may need a few more)
Preparation
    With a\tsmall
    sharp knife, peel the pears and cut them in half
    lengthwise.
    Remove
    the
    cores
    and\tscoop
    a
    scant tablespoon of pulp out of each of the pear halves.\tTo prevent the fruit
    from
    turning
    brown,
    paint
    each
    section of pear inside and out with a pastry brush, dipped in lemon juice.
