Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 soup can milk
    4 or 5 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and diced (raw)
Preparation
    Combine soups, oleo, mushrooms and milk.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread rice.
    Pour 2/3 of soup mixture over rice and gently stir.
    Lay chicken on soup-rice mixture and pour rest of soup mixture over.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly brown on top.
