Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. butter, chilled
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add flavorings and cheese.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 50 to 60 puffs.
