Cajun Chicken(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves (about 4 oz. each), skinned and boned
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine dry seasonings in a large plastic bag.
    Place chicken in bag, one piece at a time, and shake until well coated.
