Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (cubes)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. grated cheese
    Ritz crackers or corn flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Top casserole with 2 cups of corn flakes or 1 package of Ritz crackers and add 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
