Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and let stand 30 minutes.
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick and cut out.
    Fry in deep fat until brown; serve with honey.
