Cheese-Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fluid milk
    1 egg
    chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. uncooked quick rolled oats
    1/2 c. cut up cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Shape in a loaf in a baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 (moderate oven) about 1 hour until browned.
    Yields 6 servings.
