Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 60 fresh grape leaves, wash after picking
    1 1/2 lb. ground lamb or beef or mixed
    1 c. or so Uncle Ben's rice
    fresh mint and dill, chopped fine (I like this)
    juice of 1 lemon (put in water that covers leaves)
    salt and pepper to taste
    couple Tbsp. of olive oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well with fingers.
    Put rack or some leaves in bottom of heavy pan.
    Use a couple of teaspoons on inside of leaf and roll neatly.
    Place open end on bottom and repeat until all stuffing is used.
    Be sure to tuck sides of leaf in as you roll and crisscross layers so leaves don't open.
