Four Large Pumpkin Pies - cooking recipe

1 qt. pumpkin
2 Tbsp. flour
2 to 3 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
8 eggs, separated
1 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cold water
8 c. hot milk
Preparation

Mix all together except save out egg whites and beat stiffly; fold in last.
