Marinated Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Good Seasons honey mustard salad dressing mix
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 bell peppers and 1 red onion, each cut into 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    Stir dressing mix, orange juice and vegetable oil in large bowl.
    Add chicken and vegetables; toss to coat.
    Cover. Refrigerate 3 hours.
    Arrange chicken and vegetables on skewers. Broil 3 inches from heat 16 minutes or until cooked through turning frequently.
    (We cook them on grill in Summer time.)
