Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Blend oil, vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix into apples.
Dough will be stiff.
Pat into greased 10 x 18-inch pan and sprinkle with nuts.
