Hawaiian Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips loin back pork ribs or country-style pork ribs
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cook all ingredients except ribs until clear and thick.
Pour over ribs in baking pan.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven. Cover until last 15 minutes.
Cut ribs into serving pieces.
(If country-style ribs are used, bake them a short time and pour out grease.)
