Pineapple Pie Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix in bowl, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Blend in Crisco. Break egg into measuring cup and beat well.
    Add vinegar and water to make 3/4 cup.
    Add to flour mixture, then knead. Roll half on wax paper to cover 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
    Save the other half for top.
