Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 heaping tsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg and add sugar.
    Add flour and salt.
    Fold in nuts and apples.
    Add baking powder.
    Pour in greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
