The Peddler'S Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (8 oz.) boneless split chicken breasts (up to 12 chicken breasts)
1 (48 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. cooking sherry
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in a shallow glass casserole dish.
Mix well.
Add chicken breasts, making sure marinade sauce covers breasts.
Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
Cook on real charcoal or gas grill.
Serves up to 12 people.
