Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat
2 cans corn
1 can peas
1 can butter beans
1 can green beans
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans potatoes
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can tomato juice
1 small chopped onion
Preparation

Mix all vegetables together.
Dice up potatoes and tomatoes. Empty juice from all cans of vegetables, except the tomatoes and mixed vegetables.
Add meat, onion, salt and pepper (to taste). Simmer 35 to 45 minutes.
May cook longer, if desired.
