Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 cans chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. plain flour
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
pinch of salt
2 c. grated cheese, divided
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add juice and stir until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and pineapple and mix. Put in 9 x 12-inch pan and top with melted butter and crackers. Sprinkle with cheese (1/2 cup). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
