Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. sweet milk
2 c. half and half
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. flour
10 eggs
salt and pepper
2 deep dish pie crusts
ham or bacon, chopped
sprinkle of Lawry's seasoned salt/pepper
1 box frozen or fresh broccoli
1 can mushrooms (if desired)
Swiss cheese
Preparation

Sprinkle ham or bacon, broccoli and mushrooms in deep dish unbaked crust.
Put a layer of grated or sliced Swiss cheese.
Mix all remaining ingredients together.
Beat good with fork.
Pour over vegetables and cheese in shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until top is brown and quiche is firm.
