"Walldorf" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deboned chicken breasts
    chopped onion
    bacon
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Put chopped onion on each chicken breast and roll it, securing with bacon wrapped around each breast.
    Salt and pepper.
    Brown rolled chicken breasts in butter in frying pan.
    Put in rectangle casserole dish as close as possible.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup and sherry and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 10 minutes to brown well.
