Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. stew beef
    Greek seasoning
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
    10 oz. can beef broth
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    4 medium carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Bake covered in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Brown meat and seasoning in oil.
    Add flour, salt, garlic powder, marjoram and pepper.
    Stir in tomatoes and broth and mix well.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir twice during baking.
    Remove bay leaf.
