Whipped Cheese Pie(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipped cottage cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks, milk, vanilla and cornstarch.
    Stir until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into batter; put cinnamon on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
