Mom'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 slab spare ribs, piece of beef or veal
    2 large cans imported plum tomatoes
    3 (7 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. oregano
    fresh parsley
    bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Pour oil in bottom of a 6-quart saucepot.
    Place meat and all spices to brown.
    Add tomato paste and 3 tomato paste cans of water.
    Let simmer.
    Put cans of tomatoes through blender.
    Add into pot.
    Cover.
    Allow to cook down about 3 hours on low heat, stirring frequently.
