Cutlet Parmesan(Pork, Chicken Or Veal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat, sliced thin and beat with hammer
    3 eggs
    bread crumbs (Italian-flavored)
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix egg,
    bread
    crumbs and meat; fry with medium flame until golden
    brown.
    Place
    1 layer meat in baking dish.
    Top with sauce
    and sprinkle with cheese.
    Continue layering dish until 1-inch
    from
    top of dish.
    Place in middle rack in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serve with fresh salad and garlic bread.
