Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unpopped corn, popped
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popped popcorn in brown paper bags.
    Mix 1 cup brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup in large bowl.
    Microwave for 4 minutes.
    Then add vanilla and baking soda; stir until changes color.
    Pour over popcorn in bag.
    Shake well.
    Place in microwave 1 minute and 40 seconds.
    Shake well.
    Microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Shake again.
    Microwave 1 minute.
    Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
