Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat milk and oil.
    Mix with dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes. Add egg; beat.
    Add more flour (until you can knead the dough). Knead several minutes.
    Let rise in a greased large bowl until double in volume.
    Punch down; let rest 10 minutes.
    Pinch off and form into rolls.
    Let rise until double again.
    Oil tops of rolls. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven until done.
