Ingredients

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. consomme
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix sugar, mustard and beaten egg yolks in top of small double boiler.
Add vinegar and consomme and heat thoroughly.
Add seasonings.
Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites and continue cooking about 5 minutes.
Serve with ham, beef or fish. Approximate yield:
6 portions.
