Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Fry meat lightly on low, crumbling as it cooks with celery and onion until they are transparent.
    Add rest of ingredients, except noodles.
    Mix thoroughly; place in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0; after 1/2 hour, reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and cover with noodles.
    Bake for another 30 to 45 minutes.
