Peach Conserve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups peaches, pealed and crushed
    1 box sure-jell
    5 cups sugar
    1/2 cup cherries, chopped
    1 cup nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix peaches and Sure-Jell.
    Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
    Then add sugar slowly and bring back to boil and boil 1 minute.
    take off stove and add cherries, vanilla and rinds.
    Stir and skim off foam.
    Seal in sterilized jars.
    Serve on top of ice cream.
